MEANINGLESS!

There is no photo shopping going on here---my life is rarely boring.
I wanted to paste the first two chapters of Ecclesiastes right here, but I won't. I will encourage you to go read it and then reread it and then read it again all in one sitting. It is an amazing two chapters.

So--

I have marched on Broad Street on New Year's Day in full mummer dress

I have been paid very well to appear in a TV commercial

I have performed live music for an audience

I have been in the presence of a bobcat, eagle, grizzly, rattlers, wolf, barracuda, moray eel and many more animals in the wild

I have given speeches before large crowds

I have watched the sun rise and set in the Grand Canyon

I have chopped down a 40' tree by myself

and last nite....I threw out the first pitch @ the Nat's game!!!

Awesome and yet meaningless, truly, truly meaningless!!!!

I will continue to do things that people will consider to be noteworthy, but this I tell you---
Yet when I surveyed all that my hands had done and what I had toiled to achieve, everything was meaningless, a chasing after the wind; nothing was gained under the sun.
